Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must be:

  • Unwashed, unused and unworn
  • In original packaging
  • Returned within 30 days of purchase

Sale Items

Sale items are eligible for free exchanges, or free returns for store credit only.

Lifetime Warranty

All Lesimo products are covered by a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects.

This does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, incorrect care or damage caused by chlorine, rough surfaces or extended sun exposure.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Please email us at hello@lesimo.com.au with your order number and the item you would like to return or exchange.

Once your request is approved, we will send you the return instructions.
